Pilates Core Strength

Combine pilates and core strength exercises for an amazing workout. Begin with a basic pilates warm up, move to a strengthening phase (weights optional), and end with a strong pilates finish. We'll use large balls, bands and weights to maximize your workout.  Try it and feel the benefits to your body.

Joan Mielke Nimerfroh

Instructor Joan Mielke Nimerfroh is an ACE Gold certified fitness instructor and trainer with over 28 years of experience. She attained a complete certification thru STOTT Pilates©, and is one of the few Twin Cities instructors trained by Moria Stott Merrithew. She enjoys golf, gardening and functional movement.
