Holiday Entertaining—Made Easy
Treat you guests to an amazing holiday feast this year. This menu can work for a casual buffet style dinner or a sit-down meal. Much of this menu can be made-ahead to leave you more time enjoying family and friends. We will make a smoked trout dip as an appetizer, followed by beef tenderloin sliders with caramelized onions and 3 special sauces. To accompany the beef we will make roasted fingerling potatoes and a mixed greens salad with walnut vinaigrette. This menu will become a holiday tradition for years to come.
