Aqua Boot Camp Winter

Join us in the pool for some high-intensity interval training. It has been proven that participants using high intensity intervals vs. moderate intensity training have improved their metabolic resting rates.   Workouts include a variety of  water skills and drills: aerobics, treading, swimming, deep water, barbells and noodles. Prerequisite: Must be confident in deep water.

Kay Zuccaro

Instructor Kay Zuccaro is certified as a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor, Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Instructor, and Water Fitness Instructor. As Edina Community Education's Aquatics Supervisor for the past 20 years, her mission is to help adults and children feel comfortable in the water, build self-esteem, and understand water safety.
