Instructor Kevin Heck has 10 years of personal fitness training experience. He is NETA certified in Group Exercise, Personal Training, and Functional Biomechanics. He holds additional certificates in TRX, Strength Training Anatomy, and Exercise for Knee and Hip Replacement, as well as RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) training. He specializes in beginners and sport-specific training, goal-setting, and fitness program design. He holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
