Core Essentials

In this core class you will train with weights, balls, bands, and gliders to give your core - the center of power, balance and movement - a great workout! Our pace is quick, with few transition breaks so you will get a nice cardio benefit.

Catherine Earley

Catherine Earley has over 20 years of fitness instruction experience as both a certified group and personal trainer. She focuses on strength, balance and endurance in her workouts. A sense of community is as important as a strong body - and both are stressed in her classes.
