Water Aerobics Summer

Are you looking for a fun way to workout? Try water aerobics! The buoyancy of the water helps to protect muscles and joints from injury. This class includes a warm up, strengthening and toning exercises, 20-25 minutes of aerobics and a cool down. You don't have to be a swimmer or even get your hair wet! Instructor: Kay Zuccaro

Kay Zuccaro

Instructor Kay Zuccaro is certified as a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor, Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Instructor, and Water Fitness Instructor. Her mission is to help adults and children feel comfortable in the water, build self-esteem, and understand water safety.
