Aqua Boot Camp

Join us in the pool for some high-intensity interval training. It has been proven that participants using high intensity intervals vs. moderate intensity training have improved their metabolic resting rates. Workouts include a variety of water skills and drills: aerobics, treading, swimming, deep water, barbells and noodles.

. Prerequisite: Must be confident in deep water.

Kay Zuccaro

Instructor Kay Zuccaro is certified as a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor, Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Instructor, and Water Fitness Instructor. Her mission is to help adults and children feel comfortable in the water, build self-esteem, and understand water safety.
