“It’s easier to build a child than to fix an adult”
After earning a master's in Human Resource Management and working as a human resources business partner for a financial company, I decided to pursue my dreams of teaching youth the importance of maintaining a healthy life style. I grew up in an athletic background and I played a lot of sports. I am now a certified youth fitness trainer and a yoga instructor and have been I working with children at local Montessori , elementary and middle schools for the last few years. My passion is to encourage children to build self confidence, acceptance, and inner power by practicing yoga, fitness and mindfulness because it truly builds the whole child .and it is "easier to build a strong child than to fix an adult".
