Ballet for Teens and Athletes:Ages 8-14
Many athletes use dance and ballet to cross-train and improve their physical skills. We all need stretching, flexibility, strength and footwork no matter what sports we play.
Dancers are not the only ones doing Ballet. This class is geared towards dancers, gymnasts, swimmers, skaters, tennis, soccer, hockey, football, baseball players and more. Ballet technique and individual help is provided in the class.
