Hatha Yoga - Online Class Plus Videos

From the comfort of your own home, enjoy in-depth instruction as you practice a wide variety of warm-up exercises and yoga poses, along with easy meditation and relaxation practices. We'll work on the whole body, improving flexibility, strength, balance, and range of motion. No special props or equipment needed, although a mat and blocks can be helpful. Beginners welcome!
Reduce tension and stress, get rid of aches and pains, sleep better and feel better overall. You'll be encouraged to work at your own level and pace in this supportive class. Enjoy Wendy's relaxing voice and easy to follow directions.
This class includes one online zoom class each week, and 7 online class videos that you can use on demand if you miss a class or for additional practice.
Winter session (videos available through April 3):
- Mondays 4:30 - 5:50pm Jan 25 - March 29 Cost for 9 live, online classes plus 7 videos: $117
- Tuesdays 6:00 - 7:20pm January 5 - March 30 Cost for 13 live, online classes plus 7 videos: $169
- Thursdays 10:15 - 11:35am January 7 - April 1 Cost for 13 live, online classes plus 7 videos: $169
- Both Tuesday and Thursday classes plus videos. Cost for 26 live, online classes plus 7 videos: $289
Spring session (videos available April 5 through June 5):

You will receive the links and passwords for the Zoom classes and the online videos after you register. For the live classes, simply click the link on the days and times of class, and Wendy will lead you through the class from the comfort of your own home. If you have never used Zoom before, simply download Zoom on the device you will be using to participate in the class, and watch this 50-second video on how to join a meeting

Wendy Anderson
Wendy has an extensive background in yoga. This includes 3 years of residential yoga study (living in an 'ashram'); completion of a 2 year teacher training/certification program through the Himalayan International Institute; and teaching traditional Hatha yoga since 1974 in a wide variety of settings. She makes yoga accessible to all, regardless of age, level of fitness, size, shape, or medical issues, and she encourages each person to work at the pace and level that is right for them.
