Online: Summer Band Camp: Gr. 8-10

The same fun as the in-person version (class no. 614-49). Students will learn the basics of marching band as well as work on some concert band music. Instruction will take place outside and in small groups inside EHS large band room.. 

Instructors

Geneva Fitzsimonds

Ms. Fitzsimonds is a band teacher at Edina High School. She has been a band director for more than 25 years, nine of those with Edina Public Schools. She was named "Teacher of the Year" by the The Edina Chamber of Commerce in May 2016.

Melody Snyder

Melody Snyder (Ms. Snyder) teaches Band and Jazz Band at Valley View Middle School. She is also an assistant Marching Band Director for the Edina High School Hornet Marching Band. Ms. Snyder loves all things band and is excited for another year of Summer Band!
