Tai Chi Ruler form is an ancient and gentle, powerful exercise. Unique method of cultivating internal energy. Uses the Tai Chi Ruler to aid development. Ruler exercises are used for improving flexibility, focus, calming the mind, and moving energy in the body. Can be done sitting or standing.
