3D Printing and Minecraft are 2 of the most exciting things around. This class is for students who have no or limited experience with 3D Printing. Students will be learning the ropes of 3D modeling and printing. They will use 3D pens to understand printing in plastic and learn to use CAD software (computer-aided design) to design some basic Minecraft creations. Engineering is incorporated as they are introduced to circuits and by the end of the week will bring home a working minecraft ore lamp. To allow everyone to print their creations, items may have to be scaled down to allow printing during class times.

Engineering For Kids brings science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), to kids ages 4 to 14 in a fun and challenging way through classes and summer camps. We are proud to inspire children to build on their natural curiosity by teaching engineering concepts through hands-on learning. Engineering is, after all, one of the fastest growing industries in the world!
