Explore alternatives to single family living-from condo & townhomes, cooperatives, subsidized apartments, market rate independent rentals, and housing complexes that offer a continuum of care ranging from independent living to assisted living. Come with your questions to decide what will work best for you and what are your next steps?

NOTE:  The class date in the brochure is incorrect.  The class will be held Monday, June 24th.  


Registration Deadline

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 days before the start date.

Late Registration: If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.

John Mazzara

John Mazzara CFP, CLU, CHFC, RICP, CEBS, CMB, MBA, MS is a St. Thomas MBA graduate in Finance and has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1989. He is also a licensed Real Estate broker through RE/MAX Results helping families and investors buy and sell properties in addition to owning and managing his own rentals since 1986. John has also been a licensed professional in the mortgage industry and former mortgage brokerage owner since 1995. Let this depth of knowledge and experience work for you.
