Rebecca is a licensed dietitian and registered dietitian nutritionist with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, a B.S. in Exercise Science, and an M.P.H. in Public Health Nutrition. She has inspired countless individuals to embrace healthier lifestyles through her user-friendly tools and resources, including her best-selling book The Food Counter’s Pocket Companion. Rebecca is passionate about helping women ditch dieting, simplify eating, achieve goals through a personalized approach, and find joy in food again.
