This rejuvenating class combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa yoga with the soothing stillness of Yin yoga, creating harmony through mindful movement and breath. As the season blossoms, let yourself unwind in meditation and bask in the healing sounds of a sound bath, helping you release what no longer serves you. Whether you're seeking renewal, inner peace, or a fresh weekend routine, this class will leave you grounded, refreshed, and ready to embrace the energy of summer. All levels are welcome! Bring a water bottle and your favorite yoga mat if you have one. Bolsters, yoga blocks, cushions, and mats provided.

Edith Mancini is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor with over 20 years practicing. She is a registered yoga teacher with a 200-hour yoga certification and an additional 100-hour Yin Yoga certification. At the core of Edith's teaching philosophy is the belief that yoga can be a pathway to inner peace and harmony. Her classes are designed to help individuals discover these qualities within themselves, fostering a sense of balance that extends beyond the yoga mat and into their daily lives.
