Curious about going upside down but not sure where to start? This 60-minute workshop is designed to introduce beginner-friendly inversions in a safe, supportive, and playful environment. We’ll explore the foundations of poses like crow, Legs Up the Wall to shoulder stand and plough pose, Dolphin to forearm stand, and headstands and handstands, building strength, confidence, and body awareness along the way.
Through step-by-step guidance, we’ll break down alignment, engage key muscle groups, and use props and modifications to meet you where you are. Whether you’re brand new to inversions or looking to revisit the basics, this workshop will help you build the tools to feel more grounded—no matter which way you’re facing.
Come with an open mind, a willingness to explore, and leave feeling empowered and uplifted!
