A lot of rhythm a little melody, a strike, a strum and a pluck this is Clawhammer Banjo.
You will learn why playing open back banjo is awesome, fun and accessible. You will learn tunes, listening skills, jam etiquette and basic music theory.
Presented in an active fun class that builds camaraderie among students and inspires a love of playing.

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 business days before the start date.
If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.
