Students will learn the basics that all birders use to help in identifying birds. These basic skills are the start to a lifelong hobby that gets you out in nature and can be done on any location on Earth.
Each week students will be introduced to common Minnesota birds and create a take-home birding guide. Each session will end with a birding session on the school grounds.

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 business days before the start date.
If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.
