The Edina Volleyball Camp is for players (girls and boys!) going into grades 7-12, and will develop volleyball skills in players of all abilities and experience. Our goal is to give players a fun and positive learning experience as they meet new people and grow their abilities. Throughout the week, athletes will work on each core skill (passing, serving, hitting, blocking, and setting) through drills, activities, and games. Drills and activities are broken down into their basic components, paying great attention to detail and technique. We make sure to personalize and modify drills to fit ability so all players are challenged. All participants will get coach attention, game and team experience, high school technique instruction, and a camp T-shirt.
Instructors: Edina High School and club coaches.
Things to Bring to Camp: Please wear proper court attire which is short/long sleeve shirts (no tank tops), spandex shorts, and knee pads. Please also bring a water bottle. Participants may also want to bring a small towel or moisture wick since there will be some conditioning and athletes will be working hard.
Arrive: 10-15 minutes early to be dressed and ready to participate right at the start of camp!
