NewArchery Camp -Three Rivers Park District Carver Park: Gr 5-8Health and FitnessThis camp is designed for both beginning and intermediate archers. Participants will use our compound bows and practice from ground level and elevated platforms, then put their new skills to the test on a walk through course. Campers will also learn about and practice using other ancient projectiles. Taught by Three Rivers Park Staff. Supervised by Edina Community Ed staff.Educational program time is 4 hours per day and the rest of the time includes lunch, free play and the opportunity to enjoy park facilities. . Campers are bused to Carver Park Reserve Archery Range in Victoria from the Creek Valley Elementary. Bus leaves promptly at 9:30 am and returns by 3:00 pm. Meet outside Door 1 no later than 9:25 am!Dress for the weather! No open toe shoes or flip flops! Please bring a lunch, snacks and a water bottle everyday.Note: Safety rules are strictly enforced and Three Rivers Park staff reserves the right to immediately dismiss a camper for unsafe behavior.Youth Summer 2019
