    DASH Sports volleyball camps provide players with a well-rounded experience in a fun environment. Key volleyball skills such as passing, serving, and hitting will be taught and practiced. Fun, volleyball skill specific games are also incorporated, giving players game type experience, and a better understanding of the game! Athletes should bring a water bottle (knee pads optional).   • Driver's Education: Classroom Instruction & Behind the Wheel: Ages 14.5-18

    Safeway Driving School provides a comprehensive driver education program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for safe and responsible driving. Our program is open to students aged 14.5 to 18, offering flexibility and convenience for families. What's Included: 30 hours of classroom instruction: Covering state-approved curriculum to prepare students for their permit exam. 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training: Individualized, hands-on driving lessons with professional, experienced instructors. Flexible scheduling: Convenient class times and driving sessions designed to fit your student's busy schedule, with easy make-up options available for busy teenaged schedules. State certification: Upon completion of the program, students will receive all necessary documentation to apply for their Minnesota driver’s license. Important Timelines and Planning Tips: Students have one year from the end of the classroom portion or their 15th birthday, whichever is later, to complete their three, 2 hour, behind-the-wheel lessons. Safeway recommends 30 days between each behind-the-wheel lesson, with the final lesson completed about 30 days before the potential road test. It is essential for students to practice regularly with a supervising driver, as frequent practice builds the confidence and skills needed for successful completion of the program. The Engineering For Kids CODING Club provides an engaging, collaborative environment where students develop 21st-century skills while creating projects they can proudly share with family and friends. Each 6-day session introduces a new coding activity, blending fun with real-world learning. Fall 25 Session 2: CODE A BOARD GAME Turn your game ideas into reality with app development! In this exciting session, students will learn to code, test, and create their own interactive board game using the beginner-friendly Bitsbox platform. From designing the game board and tokens to coding dice mechanics, participants will bring all the pieces together into a playable digital game. By the end, they'll have a custom board game they can share and enjoy on a mobile device. Students need to have basic computer, keyboard, and mouse skills to type in code.     Calling all HORNET gymnasts - Come do gymnastics in the Edina gymnastics gym! Edina Gymnastics is designed to provide a flexible, more affordable option for gymnastics while catering to the needs of each individual gymnast and family. Whether your gymnast is preparing to join high school gymnastics, or an elementary school student looking for a low pressure experience, this is a great option! Gymnasts will be thoughtfully placed in a group during practice, where they can best succeed. Our coaching team is composed of high school/college aged veteran coaches who have been involved with our program for some time, plus adult coaches who are currently coaching the Edina Gymnastics program.     Intermediate Diving

    ***Prerequisites: Must be proficient in front approach with hurdle, front dive, back dive, inward dive, front 1 somersault. Age is less important than proficiency in the noted skills.*** If you already have some springboard diving experience, you can continue to build on the skills you've learned in earlier classes. Intermediate divers will be encouraged to try reverse dives, somersaults in all directions, twisting dives, etc. If you are currently in competitive diving, you may also enroll in this course. Practice will be adapted to match your skill level.

  • Kelle's Private Voice or Piano Lessons: Age 7+

    **Registration price is for four 30-minute lessons. Participants will have to reach out to the instructor via email to schedule the lessons. Contact information for the instructor will be sent in the confirmation notes to arrange specific lesson dates/times. You'll receive this information after you've registered for the class** You will work one on one with an experienced vocal coach and piano teacher who has taught for over 30 years. Whether you’re new to music or have taken lessons in the past, together you will design a plan that will build from the ground up or off your current musical knowledge with engaging and fun techniques. This course will address basic skills, music theory and musicality that will allow you to progress toward your musical goals and lifelong enjoyment of music. Purchase of books recommended by your teacher will be required for lessons based on individual needs.

    Learn to Dive

    ***Prerequisites: Must be confident in deep water. Age is not as important as willingness to try new things.*** Learn basic springboard diving skills, diving safety, and how to use the diving board with proper technique. You'll increase your flexibility and have lots of fun! Beginning divers with little or no previous instruction are welcome. During this class, divers will learn the fundamentals of diving including: front approach with hurdle, front dive, back press, back dive, inward dive, front somersault. Often divers will take this class more than one time to achieve proficiency in the skills expected in Intermediate Diving. When the diver is ready to move to Intermediate, coaches will move them up even during the middle of a session.
