DASH Sports Summer Multi-Sport camp includes fun skills training and games in three sports: Soccer, Baseball, and Flag Football. Athletes will spend roughly 1 hour learning and practicing each sport per day. Key sports skills will be taught and practiced in all 3 sports. Camp ends with games/scrimmages the final day for each sport, where athletes can showcase their skills. Campers should wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle, snack and wear athletic shoes and clothing. All equipment is provided.

We'll be playing some of the fun games we've learned in PE class, such as Steal the Pin, Capture the Flag, Busy Bee, and Team Mushroom Ball. The kids will meet at Concord and be safely walked to the open gym space at the ECC. After class, they'll be walked back to Concord safely. ***Prerequisites: Must be confident in deep water. Age is not as important as willingness to try new things.*** Learn basic springboard diving skills, diving safety, and how to use the diving board with proper technique. You'll increase your flexibility and have lots of fun! Beginning divers with little or no previous instruction are welcome. During this class, divers will learn the fundamentals of diving including: front approach with hurdle, front dive, back press, back dive, inward dive, front somersault. Often divers will take this class more than one time to achieve proficiency in the skills expected in Intermediate Diving. When the diver is ready to move to Intermediate, coaches will move them up even during the middle of a session. The Edina Midwest Amateur Gymnastics Association (MAGA) program is designed to provide safe, affordable and fun gymnastics instruction to families in and surrounding Edina. Gymnasts will continue to perfect basic skills while setting goals and progressing throughout the session. Returning gymnasts will focus on routine composition and skill advancement. Our coaching team is composed of high school/college aged coaches who have been involved with our program for some time, as well as adult coaches who are currently coaching the Edina High School Gymnastics program.
