Youth Age 5+ and Adults: Learn the life-long benefits of Kung Fu - the Chinese martial art of self-defense and fitness - and build muscle, power, flexibility, and agility. Join a fun, progressive, full-participation class, which focuses on skill-building exercises that will strengthen the mind and body. Parents: Don't sit at the sideline.
