Tai Chi for Health, Balance and Wellness
Non-martial, SUN family form is recommended by the American Arthritis (and other) Association, the CDC, and the Council on Aging. This gentle exercise helps improve balance, flexibility and strength. It also decreases stress while improving body awareness. Appropriate for most physical conditions. Requires flat shoes and comfortable clothing.
