DASH Sports Summer lacrosse camps provide participants a no-contact introductory experience to the game. Athletes will learn basic lacrosse fundamentals including stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting, all in a fun, non-checking environment. This is a non-contact camp, helmets, gloves, and mouth guards are not required, but can be brought with and worn. Sticks and safety lacrosse balls are provided.
