Student chefs will be engaged in cooking homemade specialty dishes from around the globe. Imagine making authentic homemade tortillas, guacamole, and quesadillas. Learn to make pasta from scratch and create an amazing sauce to go with it. If you love Asian food, let's prepare our own Chinese fried rice and homemade egg rolls. We will also explore one mystery cuisine...in addition to preparing all of our favorite international dishes, students will learn important skills such as food preparation and kitchen safety.
