Amy Lamphere is a Certified Nia Green Belt instructor and dance professional who has taught in New York, Nebraska and Minneapolis. A dog-loving mother of two, Amy enjoys volunteering with the Minnesota Orchestra and Second Harvest when she isn't dancing or serving women as a Director/Stylist for Ruby Ribbon.
