Class design is based on Reformer & Cadillac training. The focus is on standing functional training, balance and strength, myofascial movement. Challenging for all levels.

Instructor Joan Mielke Joan Mielke Nimerfroh; is a STOTT Pilates certified and ACE Gold Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Health Coach. Her interests are in health and wellness, myofascial work, helping clients achieve their goals, golf, and gardening.
