Change can be hard for all of us. This interactive workshop geared toward juniors and seniors allows participants to explore their strengths, interests and vision for life after high school. Wellness coaching for young adults assists them in devising strategies to manage stress, refine time management abilities, establish healthy habits, prioritize self-care, bolster emotional resilience, and foster a positive mindset. Guided by an evidence-based coaching approach, this workshop will empower young people to excel and thrive.
