Looking for a way to connect with your baby while also taking care of yourself? Join us for Yogalates, a gentle blend of yoga and Pilates designed for new moms and their babies. This class will focus on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement, all while incorporating baby bonding time. You'll find a supportive community of fellow moms, plus modifications to meet your postpartum needs. Bring your baby, a mat, and enjoy a rejuvenating experience for both body and mind! Edith Mancini is a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor with over 20 years practicing. She is a registered yoga teacher with a 200-hour yoga certification and an additional 100-hour Yin Yoga certification. At the core of Edith's teaching philosophy is the belief that yoga can be a pathway to inner peace and harmony. Her classes are designed to help individuals discover these qualities within themselves, fostering a sense of balance that extends beyond the yoga mat and into their daily lives.
