Join us for Active Qigong & Tai Chi Flow. Immerse yourself in a practice that harmonizes body and mind. Together, we’ll flow through dynamic sequences designed to support full-body engagement, calming the mind while strengthening and stabilizing the body. These active forms draw inspiration from Qigong, Tai Chi, yoga, and Pilates, blending movement, meditation, and self-practice to cultivate "soft strength" and promote overall wellness.
This class is accessible to all—no prior experience in Qigong or Tai Chi is required. Each movement is easily modifiable to suit your comfort and ability, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment.
Special Session: On February 6, we’ll take our practice outdoors for a unique experience in nature. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Discover the joy of mindful movement and its lasting benefits for your body and spirit.
