OK Summer Jazz Band: Summer Jazz will explore and perform a variety of familiar rock, jazz, and funk tunes. We’ll also spend time on soloing and guided listening to jazz legends. Come learn more about jazz and have fun at the same time. Open to all band students entering grades 9 and 10 in Fall 2024. Previous jazz experience is preferred, but not required. A concert will be held on the day of the final session (June 26).
Course Dates: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - June , 10-12, 17-18 , and 24-26Course Times: Course will run Tuesday-Thursday from 9 am-10 am.
