Hello cool, calm, and collected! In this mindful art camp youth will learn how to communicate their feelings through painting, drawing, and group projects using positive psychology tools while bringing awareness to inner peace, self-compassion, and creativity through focused activities such as polyvagal breathing and Zentangle art. Please bring a nut-free snack, water bottle, and a soothing stuffed animal/toy. We plan to take a 15-20 min intentional bathroom/snack/general break during class. Please note: For classes week of 7/7, registration closes on 7/2 due to district closures 7/4 and 7/5 in recognition of Independence Day. We apologize for any inconvenience this variance may cause.

Whether you’re splashing colors or mastering new tricks, this camp is all about having a blast with watercolors. It’s going to be an artsy adventure!
