Namrata and Riku’s culinary journey began in their family kitchens, where they mastered traditional techniques and recipes passed down through generations. They both have a passion for exploring and cooking a wide range of dishes from global cuisines. Recently retired from long corporate careers in Finance and IT, they are now dedicating their time to teaching others how to prepare authentic Indian cuisine and vegetarian dishes from around the world. With over 35 years of experience, they focus on helping people incorporate wholesome, vegetarian dishes into their diets while highlighting the nutritional benefits of various spices and ingredients. Their warm and approachable teaching style makes their classes enjoyable for both beginners and experienced cooks. Whether you're mastering traditional Indian dishes, exploring flavors from around the world, or learning to create healthy and flavorful meals, Namrata and Riku will guide you every step of the way.
