Get ready to spice up your appetizer game with the vibrant flavors of India! In this class, you’ll learn to prepare a variety of crowd-pleasing Indian starters that are perfect for any occasion. Discover the secrets to making:

  • Samosa Puffs: A flaky and convenient twist on the classic samosa, filled with a spiced potato mixture. 
  • Dahi Puri: Crisp puris topped with tangy yogurt, sweet and spicy chutneys, and aromatic spices. 
  • Paneer Tikka: Marinated and grilled paneer cubes infused with smoky tandoori flavors. 
  • Corn Chaat: A quick and easy snack bursting with tangy, spicy, and savory notes.

Whether you’re hosting a party or simply treating yourself, these appetizers will impress with their bold flavors and beautiful presentation. No prior cooking experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll provide the rest!

We are offering a $28 discount if you would like to become a culinary expert and register for all 5 classes. If you would like to BUNDLE and take all 5 classes, please reach out to Mary Finnamore our department specialist and she will apply the discount. Riku Desai

Namrata and Riku’s culinary journey began in their family kitchens, where they mastered traditional techniques and recipes passed down through generations. They both have a passion for exploring and cooking a wide range of dishes from global cuisines. Recently retired from long corporate careers in Finance and IT, they are now dedicating their time to teaching others how to prepare authentic Indian cuisine and vegetarian dishes from around the world. With over 35 years of experience, they focus on helping people incorporate wholesome, vegetarian dishes into their diets while highlighting the nutritional benefits of various spices and ingredients. Their warm and approachable teaching style makes their classes enjoyable for both beginners and experienced cooks. Whether you're mastering traditional Indian dishes, exploring flavors from around the world, or learning to create healthy and flavorful meals, Namrata and Riku will guide you every step of the way.
