Fresh, homemade pasta—simple ingredients, unforgettable flavor! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make two types of tagliatelle (classic and spinach) both with and without a pasta machine—so you can recreate the magic at home, no special equipment needed. Cristina Garrasi will also demonstrate her favorite basic tomato sauce. Whether you’re rolling up your sleeves to knead the dough or just soaking in the techniques, this class is a delicious way to bring a taste of Italy to your kitchen. Expect a little flour, a lot of fun, and a meal worth sharing!

Hello, my name is Cristina. I’m not a chef but I have prepared meals for my family my entire life. I'm always learning something new. I was born in Salerno, Campania, close to the Amalfi coast. I inherited from my mom the love for cooking and eating well. For me, time spent in the kitchen is fun and pure joy when you get to eat the delicious meals you prepare. I travelled within Italy and I’m still amazed at how much variety there is. I lived in Salerno, Florence and Milan and have many memories associated with food. Around a table you eat, you laugh, you restore your energy and soul. Preparing a good and healthy meal is an act of love to yourself and your family, hope to see you in class!
