Held in a tranquil outdoor setting, our classes blend breathwork, gentle stretching, and mindful movement, allowing you to release stress and deepen your practice. You’ll be guided through a variety of poses, focusing on alignment, flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Each session is adaptable to accommodate beginners and more advanced practitioners, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the benefits of the practice. Michelle Meadows is a 200hr trained yoga teacher recognized through Yoga Alliance. Michelle has experience teaching yoga in studio settings, school classrooms, community education courses, and with individuals with unique abilities. Additionally, Michelle is also trained in level 1 and 2 Reiki and uses this knowledge of energy management to help others feel more at ease. Michelle is passionate about helping others feel better in their bodies through the powerful practice of yoga combining movement, breath-work, and mindfulness.
