Science,Technology, Engineering & Math
Students will learn how to "play Tai Chi" by practicing different Tai Chi forms, Qigong forms, Tai Chi Ruler, Bang Stick, and Ball. Appropriate for most physical conditions. Must be able to turn, bend, and stand most of the time. Provides students with flexibility, agility, body awareness, improved balanced and a calm, relaxed mind. No experience necessary. Loose clothes, flat shoes, and no sandals recommended.
You may still register after September 8 and we will pro rate your enrollment.
The second session of this class starts on November 3, 2025.
