Buon appetito! Your family will be asking for Italian dinner every night with Cristina's Easy & Fast Weeknight Dinner the Italian Way class. Thirty minutes tops from start to finish and you'll have a delicious meal that the whole family will enjoy. Learn two new sauces for pasta, and how to make two kinds of scaloppine. Bring three containers so you can take home your delicacies.
Location change and small price change: Since this course was created we have learned about the availability of using the Family and Consumer Science classroom at Southview Middle School. You will be working at kitchen stations preparing your own dishes in small groups. Due to needing to provide cooking ingredients for each small group instead of just for one large demo group, the cost of this class has been adjusted up by $5.

Hello, my name is Cristina. I’m not a chef but I have prepared meals for my family my entire life. I'm always learning something new. I was born in Salerno, Campania, close to the Amalfi coast. I inherited from my mom the love for cooking and eating well. For me, time spent in the kitchen is fun and pure joy when you get to eat the delicious meals you prepare. I travelled within Italy and I’m still amazed at how much variety there is. I lived in Salerno, Florence and Milan and have many memories associated with food. Around a table you eat, you laugh, you restore your energy and soul. Preparing a good and healthy meal is an act of love to yourself and your family, hope to see you in class!
