Youth Fall 2025

Learn how the French do it! Baguettes, croissants, macarons, Madeleines, éclairs, crêpes, canelés...Each week, students will learn the origins of these well-known French delicacies and taste test! Then, students will use Google Slides to type the recipe and design recipe cards that they will use to complete a French pastry cookbook to keep and use over and over at home! To add to the authenticity, the class is ideal for Normandale students, as it will be taught entirely en français, bien sûr!

Please note: Store-bought French baked goods will be served in this class and may contain common allergens such as milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and wheat. Allergen-free alternatives may not be available.

Registration for all class sessions closes 3 business days before the start date.

If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.
