Open Woodcarving: Prerequisite is Beginning Woodcarving 204-1

Open Woodcarving class is for those who have recently completed the Beginning Woodcarving - Intergenerational 204-1 that took place on June 4, 2025. John will provide a wood cutout, gloves, and knives to use at no charge. You may bring your project from the June 4 class if you want to work on it a bit more as well. If you have not taken the June 4 class, you may not register for this one. Please watch for more beginning woodcarving classes in the fall. Late Registration: If you miss the deadline but are still interested, you can contact the Community Ed office. Space may be limited, but we'll try our best to accommodate late registrations.

John Hein

John Hein has been a woodcarver since 1986. His work includes songbirds, Loons, Santas, Gnomes, and Christmas ornaments that are a blend of Scandanavian, German, and Minnesota influences.
