Just in time for Mothers' Day. Join Cristina Garrasi for a chocolate, fruit, and mocha filled cooking class. Cristina will teach you how to make Tiramisu, Crostata di Frutta and Espresso Cookies! Dolci, dolci, dolci! Once you learn how to make these classic Italian desserts you'll want to make them for all your favorite people, especially the mamma's in your life!

Hello, my name is Cristina. I’m not a chef but I have prepared meals for my family my entire life. I'm always learning something new. I was born in Salerno, Campania, close to the Amalfi coast. I inherited from my mom the love for cooking and eating well. For me, time spent in the kitchen is fun and pure joy when you get to eat the delicious meals you prepare. I travelled within Italy and I’m still amazed at how much variety there is. I lived in Salerno, Florence and Milan and have many memories associated with food. Around a table you eat, you laugh, you restore your energy and soul. Preparing a good and healthy meal is an act of love to yourself and your family, hope to see you in class!
