    DASH Sports officially licensed NFL flag football camps provide players with a well-rounded football experience in a little to no contact safe environment. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced daily, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with scrimmages/games the final day where players can showcase their skills. Each player may add on an official NFL Flag Jersey and flag belts to keep (additional $30). Athletes should bring a water bottle and a snack (spikes/cleats, and mouthguards are optional). All other equipment is provided.

Our goal is to be at the forefront of technical skill development and to teach those skills to our players while having fun and developing a lifelong passion for volleyball. We have been working with youth for a long time, and we really enjoy seeing how much they grow. We hope to work with your child this summer and help him/her develop a love of the sport!

The skills session runs from 9:00am to 10:30am and the League runs from 10:30am to 12:00pm. If your child is signed up for both they are allowed to stay during the break. Skills include shooting off the catch, shooting off the dribble, ball handling, finishing around the rim, passing, defensive breakdowns, and more! Summer League The second 90 minutes of the day will be designed specifically for 5 on 5 play. Each player will get put on a team with a coach and will play 12 minute 5 on 5 games. Will be a great way for kids to compete in a tournament style. Will have weekly winner/prizes at the end of each week

    Recreational gymnastics geared towards students grades 2-10. Participants will work on perfecting basic gymnastics skills (cartwheels, handstands, walkovers) and learning new skills (handsprings, tucks, etc). Returning gymnasts will continue with their progression, and will begin to focus on routines and putting skills together.
