  • Bicycle Repair and Maintenance: Gr. 7-12

    1wk Camps will teach you basic bike set up, trailside repair, shifting adjustments, brake adjustments, learn how to re-cable a bike for shifting and brakes, tube replacement, tips & tricks, and preparing a bike for selling, Students are free to bring a different bike to each class. Many of your bike issues can be solved in this class! Parts are an extra fee if it is something more major or we will help you source new parts if needed. Please try to bring a bike. Students are encouraged to bring a different bike as we repair every day of camp!

    Embark on a journey of self-discovery and endless possibilities at our Career Exploration Camp for middle school students! This immersive experience is designed to ignite curiosity and unveil the exciting world of diverse professions. Through hands-on activities, engaging workshops, inspiring guest speakers and several field trips, students will gain valuable insights into various career paths.

    Play is essential to our development. It helps us learn and implement important skills that largely impact our perception and experiences in life. In this unified class, we will explore a variety of games, tasks, and activities that will help students strengthen their decision making, problem-solving, communication and other skills through play. Edina Community Ed “Unified” camps blend students with special needs and students who are more typically developing to explore art, theater, science, fitness and more. Our goal is to create a community of individuals, both with and without disabilities, devoted to awareness, advocacy, leadership and empathy through authentic relationship-building experiences **Please note: we are utilizing a waitlist to ensure a proper special needs/without need student ratio. Don't hesitate to register on the waitlist. Enrollments will be based on waitlist registration time stamp**

  • Safe Sitter: Babysitter Training: Gr. 4-8

    Safe Sitter prepares students grades 4-8 to be safe when they are home alone, watching siblings or babysitting. Students learn safety, child care skills, diapering, behavior management, online and personal safety. First aid and rescue skills including injury management, choking rescue and infant/child CPR.
