Creative engineering with real impact! You have the power to design a better world! Join our Engineering for Good Camp to create an invention that makes a difference! Invent ways to contain an oil spill, engineer a new beak for an injured eagle, build a wind turbine and more! You will brainstorm ideas and then use the Engineering Design Process to design, create, test, and refine your creations. On the last day, you create your own invention that will make a difference, present your unique product to your peers and explain what you’ve invented and how it can help make life better for the customer. Bring your passion for good and ideas to create a better world!

Hurricanes, tornados and other destructive weather events highlight the role of engineers in improving forecasts and reducing the toll from natural disasters. Join our disaster engineering camp to brainstorm ideas and then use the Engineering Design Process to design, create, test and refine projects to avoid or minimize the impact of natural disasters like guiding search or rescue robots, measuring wind speeds and designing sturdier buildings.

The Ministry of Magic is inviting all aspiring wizards to this extraordinary camp. Each day, students participate in engineering challenges to earn points for their houses like creating the farthest-reaching Golden Snitch Launcher and the fastest Gringott Cart to reach the vaults. At the end of the week, the house with the most points is awarded the house cup, a great honour!

What’s the difference between a scientist and an engineer? Engineers invent things to solve problems! We have opened up the workshop for a week of fun, creativity, and of course --engineering! Students will invent new machines and explore creative design solutions using the Engineering Design Process. Discover how a wind-up toy works and design your own drawing robot inside the Engineering For Kids Jr Inventor’s Workshop.

The Minions are opening up their lab for a week of fun experiments and inventions! Every day, students use the Engineering Design Process to create a new toy like an oozeball, foostastic toy, kaleidoscope, magnet maze and more! Students develop 21st Century skills like problem-solving, critical thinking and cooperation while having fun!

Bring your favorite doll with you to camp and let’s have some STEM fun! This camp gives girls a chance to share their love for their dolls and build friendships, memories and teamwork. Young girls are exposed to different engineering fields and learn that you can be a girl and love science too!

Zero to sixty in two minutes? How fast can an object go without compromising safety? Students in this class will work with their pit crew to design and build things that go fast such as cars, roller coasters, zip lines and rockets. On your mark, get set, GO!

Smash! Crash! BOOM! Students in this camp enjoy building and breaking! They will use the Engineering Design Process to create a wrecking ball, a catapult, constructing safety mechanisms to protect a raw egg from impact and more! Put on your hard hats and safety goggles and join the fun!

During the LEGO® Robotics Olympics camp, students work in pairs to design and program EV3 robots to compete in simulated Olympic events such as a sprinting in a race, throwing a basketball, and shooting a puck into a hockey goal. Students use LEGO® Robotics and computers to learn principles of robotics, computer programming, and teamwork.

Students will be learning the ropes of 3D modeling and printing. They will use 3D pens to understand printing in plastic and use CAD software (computer-aided design) to design parts for their robot to be 3D printed. At the end of the week, they will have a dc-motor-powered robot to take home.

Traverse tricky terrain, shake claws with lobsters and design ecosystems in this camp. Discover the diversity of wildlife adaptations, the difference in habitats and what is necessary for each biome's survival. Zoo camp is filled with engaging, hands-on building and experiences and the vital roles animals play in them.

Have you ever wondered what you would do to save yourself from the zombie apocalypse? Students will find themselves the lone survivors of a zombie apocalypse and learn that the undead are coming to find them. The challenge is to stay alive until scientists find a cure. Be careful! One bite and you will become one of them. Students will work in teams and use the Engineering Design Process to create projects to help them make the best choices for their own and their classmates’ survival.

Which comes first, the chicken or the egg-citing challenges? In this fast moving camp, students turn the study of motion and mass into hands-on projects and team challenges! They'll spin, toss, race and design while studying the ideas of motion such as velocity, speed and the important role gravity plays. Each day, learners use the Engineering Design Process to meet the challenges of Egg-straordinary Olympics head on for a whole lot of egg-citing fun.
