HORNET TRACK & FIELD CAMP is designed to teach kids track & field events and provide them the opportunity to participate in a real track meet. Campers will be separated into similar age groups and will learn how to effectively warm up/cool down, stretch, and participate in plyometrics while becoming faster and stronger in track & field events. Camp will conclude with an official track meet allowing campers to fully experience a typical “gameday” at a middle school and high school meet. HORNET RUNNING CAMP strives to improve aerobic fitness levels in a fun and engaging experience to help attain running success. Campers will learn warm-up, stretching, plyos and cool-down routines while taking part in fun runs of varying distances.
