  • Body Shape 55+: ONLINE

    Body Shape is a strength training class that combats your body's natural decline in metabolism. This modified, online class has you working with your own body weight to get you lean, balanced, agile and strong. Just as important, we'll get to see each other's faces and connect, even while practicing responsible social distancing. This class will be delivered using Zoom. Never used Zoom before? That's OK!   • Doggie Yoga: Online

    Enjoy a community yoga class with your pup! This class will be 45 minutes and will be conducted via Zoom. We will gently flow through yoga poses, being mindful of our pups underfoot. We'll begin with some breathing and time to snuggle your dog, and end with a cozy savasana. Dogs will be encouraged to stretch along with us! After class there will be a little social time to introduce ourselves and our dogs, if you like. No yoga experience necessary. A yoga mat or beach towel for each participant is nice. She enjoys creating a calm and supportive environment for anyone to begin or expand their yoga practice. Lara holds a yoga certification from Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200) along with Group Fitness and Wellness Coach Certifications from NETA. Lara enjoys spending time with her dog, Elsie, who is an expert at downward dog in the mornings!

  • Parent-Toddler Swim

    Parents work together with Instructor Kay Zuccaro to encourage their young children (ages 1-4) to become comfortable in the water and to develop a readiness to swim. Toys and games help make this a fun and positive experience. Swim diapers required if not toilet trained. A Parent or guardian is required to participate in the water with their child.
