3D Printing is here to stay! This class is for students who have no or limited experience with 3D Printing. Students will be learning the ropes of 3D modeling and printing. They will use 3D pens to understand printing in plastic and use CAD software (computer-aided design) to design parts for their robot to be 3D printed. At the end of the week, they will put together a basic dc-motor-powered robot to take home.

You'll have a great time learning how to create and manage your own island, setting up a booming economy that gets you rich on bells, and learning the tips and tricks to keep old mister Tom Nook happy. Join us at this one-of-a-kind art camp and have a blast creating amazing projects with all sorts of art materials like watercolors, pastels, clay, canvas and more! We'll draw, paint, sculpt, and collage amazing projects to take home. Animals, landscapes, cupcakes, and funny characters are part of this awesome camp. Using the latest WeDo® 2.0 system that LEGO® has to offer, ignite the STEM spark in your child with this amazing camp. We are passionate about Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math and want to instill this in your child too. Fostering their natural curiosity, kids, working in pairs, will explore logic, pattern recognition, and math concepts as they are challenged to build increasingly sophisticated designs. As they do so, they'll also develop basic programming techniques using custom-made programming blocks in PCs. They will have hands-on experience effectively using gears, axles, and connector blocks in the robotic challenges. (No LEGO® is taken home) Please bring a peanut-free snack and beverage.
