If you've had a joint replacement, or have a disability, if you walk with a cane, are a Senior, are overweight, a Couch Potato, or for any other reason, hesitate to exercise, this class is for you. Gain strength, balance, stamina, and body awareness in a fun, non-judgmental environment. Not aerobic nor fast-faced, no floor work. You will learn effective breathing and relaxation techniques, gentle flowing and stretching movements, as well as some simple self-acupressure. Most movements can be done sitting or standing. Wear loose comfortable clothes and flat shoes. No Lycra necessary.
